Wilson worked as a wagon maker, in a dry goods store and was possbily a methodist.  At age 36, he married and had 9 children, with 2 infant deaths, and raised 1 nephew's child. He lived 70 years.

Sir, I wonder if you would know anything on a Benjamin Franklin Carpenter of Kensico Village,born 1825-1891.  A blacksmith in Town and farmer,Son Joseph 1857-1914 also a blacksmith ,took over his Fathers shop. Father and wife Sarah moved to White Plains, Westchester Co, Ny. I am wondering if you know of his parents.I am direct decendent of Reese Carpenter of the Same area. My Grandfather ,Joseph Owen Carpenter 1856, Son of David Carpenter and Anna Owen. Thank you for your effort.
