Death occurred at 4:30 PM.Moved with his family to Niagara Falls, Niagara, NY in about
1927/1928 from Neenah-Menasha, WI. lived with his parents most of his
life.
After returning home from the service, he got two bonus checks with the
first one he bought a car in photograph, with the second check he got
about 1935 about $600, he bought Phyllis Ann a new bike, Patricia got
roller skates Richard Gene and William Lee got second hand bikes and
Fritz Jr. got a red wagon. As my aunt Phyllis related this story she said
humorously 'that all the kids in the family got traveling companions.'
They lived on Cayuga Drive in Niagara Falls, NY when this happened.

of Phyllis Carpenter, this city, Lois Brydges of the Town of Niagara, &
the late Richard, William, & Howard Carpenter. sister of Della Schmanski
& Martha Jansen both of Menasha, Wi. She is survived by 7 grandchildren
and 5 great grandchildren and serveral nieces and nephews. Funeral
services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 at the LANE FUNERAL HOME. 8622
BUFFALO AVE, Burial in the Gate of Heaven Cemetary. The family will
receive friends from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Sunday and 7-9 pm on Monday. May 27,28,
