SYLACAUGA- Graveside service for Charles Edward Carpenter, 70, will be Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Mr. Carpenter passed away December 13, 2012 at his residence.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette; mother and father, Mary Carpenter and Stanley Carpenter.
He is survived by sons, Eddie Carpenter and Scotty Carpenter both of Sylacauga; daughter, Tammy Phurrough Machen of Sylacauga; brother, James J. Carpenter (Sandra) of Sylacauga; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, December 14, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel.
