Neil H Jackson, 49, of Clayton, mechanic for the Brink Sno-Plow company, of Clayton, died Friday last week in the Mercy hospital in Watertown. He is survived by his wife, Mrs
Cathryn HeLmer Jackson; his parents, Mr and Mrs Benjamin Jackson, of Clayton; six children, Sgt. Clyde Jackson, Chandler, Ariz.; Clark B Jackson, Syracuse; Miss Audrey H
Jackson, Toronto, Ont.; Miss Velma Jackson, Miss Verna Jackson and Miss Cathryn Jackson, of Clayton, and a brother, Glenn Jackson, of Watertown. Mr Jackson was born January 26, 1895, in the.town of Cape Vincent, a son of Benjamin and Martha Horning Jackson. He was a machinist by occupation and had been employed by the Frink company for about four years. He had worked up until three weeks ago. He had spent his entire life in this vicinity with the exception of eight years in Rhode Island. Burial was made in Riverside cemetery, Cape Vincent.

Mary Ellen Carpenter. Carthage , Feb. 20.—Mary Ellen Carpenter, wife of John Carpenter, died at her home in the town of Wilna at what is known as the Lake school district, Sunday morning, at the age of 65 years and 23 days. She had been an invalid for the past four years. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lucy A. Brady of Lafargeville and Mrs. Cora E. Raymond, of Brownville; a son, William D. Carpenter of Limerick; a mother, Mrs. William Ross of Lafargeville; three sisters, Mrs. Jessie Crawford of Lafargeville, Mrs. Carrie Vincent of Depauville and Mrs. Ida Terrell of Copenhagen, and a brother, John Ross of Three Mile Bay. (Watertown reunion Newspaper dated Feb.21, 1912 ..Wednesday)
