Edwin M. Carpenter, Jr., 61 years old formally of West Chester and nowresiding in Earleville, MD passed away peacefully after a brief illnessThursday September 15, 2022 at Christiana Care Hospice in Newark.He was the beloved husband of Kimberly Romano Carpenter also formally ofWest Chester.
Born January 16, 1961 in West Chester, PA he was the son of the lateEdwin Carpenter and Elaine Wilds Carpenter.
In addition to his wife and mother, Edwin is survived by his son, DustinCarpenter (Christine), his daughter Megan Carpenter, his son James Baer,his grandchildren Lyanna and Ryan, sister Vicki (Rick), brothers Andy,Timmy (Niki) and Adam (Krista).
Edwin grew up in West Chester, PA and graduated from West Chester EastHigh School.
He worked as a Property Maintenance Supervisor for Wright MultiFamily formany years.
Edwin worked for a living but he still found time to appreciate the finerthings in life. Edwin enjoyed boating, beaching, his Doberman’s, hostingBBQ’s and he especially loved his family and friends. Edwin lovedproblems because it meant he could come up with solutions. More timesthan not he would figure out any problem brought to him…it might be anunconventional solution but a solution nonetheless. Later in life hetreasured the time he spent with his grandchildren who were very specialto him.
