On the 1930 census, they were at 133 Rockwell Street.

Flip passed from this earth at his home on April 20, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on May 23, 1942, in Keene, eldest child of Philip O. and Louise A. (Pullen) Nevers.Flip graduated from Keene High School and earned a B.S. degree in Forestry and a M.S. in Wildlife Management from the University of New Hampshire, where he was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho. While at UNH, he spent a summer fighting forest fires in California and another as a crew leader for the Youth Conservation Corps. Flip began his wildlife career as furbearer biologist at the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, followed by many years as federal aid coordinator. He subsequently served 13 years in the Federal Aid Division of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Regional Office in Newton and Hadley, MA. After retirement from the Fish and Wildlife Service he enjoyed several years driving trucks and tractors for Morrill Farm Dairy.
Flip loved the outdoors from an early age, exploring the woods and fields along the Ashuelot River near his home. He enjoyed family vacations on Prince Edward Island, and in later years spending time and "puttering" at his camp on the Magalloway River in Wentworth's Location. He was a loyal fan of his children's and grandchildren's sports teams, and of the University of Connecticut girls basketball team.
Flip leaves his wife, Carol Foss, daughter Shelby Dawson, son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Diana Nevers, grandchildren Nicole, Taber, Josee, and Tucker, and eight great-grandchildren, all of Penacook and Concord; sisters Karen (Chris) Robarge of Hampton and Jill (Mike) Nye of East Swanzey, one niece and three nephews; and his former wife, Patricia Nevers of Concord. He was predeceased by his parents and an infant sister, Kim.
A graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery, Village Street, Penacook. Cremation Society of New Hampshire is assisting with arrangements.

Winston C. [Carroll] Stanley, Jr., 65, of West Springfield, Mass., passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008, at Wingate of West Springfield, after a brief battle with cancer. Born on Oct. 11, 1943, a son of late Mary [Isabel] F. Frost [ (1924-2001)] and Winston C. [Carroll] Stanley, Sr. [(1923-1972)], he was raised in Brattleboro. He later lived in Connecticut and Westfield, Mass., before settling in West Springfield in 1988. A graduate of Brattleboro High School, Class of 1961, Winston was a 39-year tractor trailer driver for Red Star Express Lines, retiring in 2004. He belonged to Locals 191, 404, and 671, and after retirement he remained a member of Local 671 Teamsters. Winston leaves his three loving daughters, Lola M. Curry and her husband, Joseph, of Huntington, Mass., and Ginger L. Barcomb and her husband, Eugene, and Angela J. Jackman and her husband, Timothy, all of New Hampshire; 11 loving grandchildren; his brother, Thomas H. Stanley, and two half-brothers, Gary W. Stanley and Kevin A. Stanley. Winston also leaves his former wife, Judith A. Wilbur Stanley, whom he married in Brattleboro in 1964. They divorced 25 years later and remained good friends. Burial was Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008, at Meetinghouse Hill Cemetery, Orchard Street.
