Betty Bell Stout, 65, of Wateman Way, Fairmont (Millersville Community), died Friday evening (Jan.
22, 2010) in her residence.
She was born May 23, 1944, in Marion County, daughter of the late Clinton Sherwood and Ruby Bell Carpenter Rowan.
Mrs. Stout attended Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. She also was the caregiver for her family in the Millersville Community area.
Survivors include a son, Joseph Wayne Stout of Millersville Community; two daughters, Sherri Elizabeth and her husband Randy Farris of Brownton and Vilynda Kay Stout of Millersville Community; three grandchildren, James Clinton Stout of Millersville, Cody Jearl Farris and Jesse Dean Farris, both of Brownton; one brother, Russell Rowan of Virginia; and
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Eleanor Mae Carpenter, Shirley Elizabeth Sloan and Virginia Lee Wright.
Mrs. Stout has chosen cremation services. The family will greet friends at Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia St., today from 1 to 8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Andy Miller officiating.
The family requests that all memorial donations be made to United Home Health and Peoples Hospice, P.O. Box 1680, Clarksburg, WV 26302-1680.

Fred Junghans, 74, Junction City, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011, at his home. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Johnson Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, October 2, 2011 at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery with Vicar King Crawford officiating, you may pay your respects to the family from 1 p.m. until time of service at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Fred was born March 6, 1937, Junction City, Kansas to Norbert and Dora (Settgast) Junghans. He was a lifetime resident of Old Stage Road and Geary County. He was a farmer and rancher and specialized in feeder pig production for many years. He worked for Geary County Road and Bridge and Carlyon & Sons. He also ran a saw mill for many years and was an avid and accomplished woodworker and could repair anything mechanical. He was a member and elder of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
He married Andrea Thurlow April 23, 1961 she preceded him in death November 3, 2003.
He is survived by son, Kyle Junghans of Junction City and daughter, Alicia Junghans of Caledonia, MI, one brother, Harley of FL and three grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Howard and Roland and one sister, Arlene.Family Members

Alicia A. Junghans, 45, died Friday, August 23, 2019 in Caledonia, MI.Alicia was born February 8, 1974, in Junction City, KS. She grew up there with her family and friends and was a proud graduate of Kansas State University. She worked in various healthcare settings until she found her passion in geriatrics which lead her to opening her own business, ComForCare Care. After successfully operating and later selling ComForCare she began working at DaVita, continuing her legacy of caring for others and their families. She was a loving and devoted mother who always wanted the best for her sons. She is survived by her two sons, Dakota and Weston. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Andrea Junghans and her brother, Kyle Junghans.
A separate Michigan service and Kansas service will be held.
The Michigan Service will be held on 30 August at Uchellos from 6-8pm.
The Kansas Service will be held at ST Paul’s Lutheran Church at a time TBD.
Contributions in memory of Alicia, in lieu of flowers, may be made to K-State Proud, an organization that helps K-State student experiencing financial hardships continue their education.

Bio: Ronald Carpenter, 76, of Westminster, passed away on August 21, 2017.He was born in Clay Center, Kansas, son of Clinton and Hazel (Eckel) Carpenter. He was raised on a farm outside of Wakefield, Kansas until the family moved to Colorado in 1956. He was a graduate of Westminster High School in Westminster, Colorado. He served four years in the United States Air Force. On May 31, 1960 he married Barbara Millang.
For many years, Ronald had been actively involved in the Antique Auto Club of America (AACA), Oakland-Pontiac Worldwide and Pontiac-Oakland International (POCI). He just recently received the Murphy Sloan Award from Oakland-Pontiac Worldwide for his devoted service in support of the education, restoration and preservation of the Oakland and Pontiac Marque.
Ronald always filled his time with helping fellow car club members with their questions and restoring their cars. He always had many projects in the works to keep busy. Even though he was ill, Ronald still reproduced mascot radiator caps for the club and continued to tinker with his cars.
He enjoyed taking care of the many cats in the neighborhood. He would never let them go hungry and always provided them with a warm place to sleep.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Barbara Carpenter; two sons, Shawn (Michelle) Carpenter and Chris (Sheryl) Carpenter; two brothers, Douglas Carpenter and Larry (Sally) Carpenter; and two grandchildren Brian Carpenter and Breanna (Zachary) Smith.
He is preceded in death by Father, Clinton Carpenter; Mother, Hazel Carpenter; and sister, Faralee Ballard.
