CALDWELL — Services for Laura M. Hall, 83, of Caldwell, Route 2, who died Friday evening in a local hospital, will be conducted at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel at 2 p. m. Monday. Rev. Dr. Harold N. Nye and Mrs. Minnie Meadows will officiate. Interment will be at Canyon Hill.
Mrs. Hall was born near Pipe Stone, Minn., on Aug. 6, 1879. She was reared in Madison, S. D., and was married there Oct. 17, 1900, to Walter E. Hall. They moved to Idaho in 1934 and lived in Middleton for a year, before corning to Caldwell. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Lloyd Hall of Caldwell and John Hall of New Plymouth; nine daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Haumann of Nampa, Mrs. Rose Davis of Elmyra, N. Y., Mrs. Cora Lindauer of Boise, Mrs. Ethel Rilling of Bismarck, N. D., Mrs. Etta Jeffers of Quincy, Wash., Mrs. Luella Corning and Mrs. Elaine Davison, both of Priest River, and Mrs. Vivian Richards and Mrs. Ann Schaap, both of Pierre, S. Mr. Hall was born Aug. 5, 1877, in Hillsboro, Wis. He was married Oct. 17,1900, in Madison, S.D., to Laura M. Bailey and they homesteaded in South Dakota. The couple lived there until moving to Idaho in 1934. They lived in the Middleton area for one year and since had lived in Caldwell, Mrs. Hall died Sept. 28, 1962, in Caldwell.
He is survived by two sons, John Hall of Fruitland and Lloyd Hall of Caldwell, nine daughters, Mrs. Ethel Rilling of Hague, N.D., Mrs. Etta Jeffers of Waterville, Wash., Mrs. Rose. Davis of Pine City, N.Y., Mrs. Luella Corning and Mrs. Elaine Davison, both of Priest River, Mrs. Vivian Richards and Mrs. Ann Schaap, both of Pierre, S.D., and Mrs. Evelin Haumann of Nampa and Mrs. Cora Lindauer of Boise.
