Oren and his brother James played Harmonicas together and
everyone sang sitting around the table in Hubbardston,,MA.


Luanna Avilda Leach

She had long silky white hair and would often wear it up in a
bun.  She loved having someone combing her hair, and in fact she
would sometimes give Pauline G. Spittle ten cents to comb it for
her.  She never became angry with anyone and never raised her
voice.  She loved cooking and would always have kids over (Aunt

George Willis Carpenter placed the page insert into my copy of the Carpenter Memorial inSeptember 1941 of Grand Tower, IL.  He was the last living Carpenter (bearing the name) ofthis Carpenter line from John Carpenter (CM # 3863) of Surry, NH.  He married a nurse in 1929and had no children in 1941.
He was a Power Plant Operator and Power Plant Electrician for Central IL PublicService Company at their Grand Tower, IL power plant.
