He was not married.  Floyd was a Staff Sergeant assigned in Japan after World War II.
He was declared missing in action in Korea on 3 Jun 1951  His body was brought to Keene, NH in 1953.
M.I.A. = Missing in Action.  Body recovered and returned to family in 1953.  Korean War MIA.

Before Zella died she told a story about her Grandfather,
Bradley Leach.  Bradley's daughter was ready to have a baby.  He
went to put his shoes on and broke his cotton shoe laces.  He
then ran out to the barn to harness up the horse and the barn
door was locked.  He said the baby will be born and have hair a
foot long before we get to the doctor.  Zella had one daughter
before she was married to Edwin.

A- He was tall but he only wore a size 7 1/2 shoe.  His hair was
black and wavy.  For several years (1928-1933) he worked in a
mine or shaft as he would come home dirty each day wearing a
hard hat with a light attached in the front.  Around 1933 he
became ill and began having seizures (possibly Epilepsy).  He
then started having trouble keeping work because of his
seizures.  He then became a lumberjack working mainly by
himself.  Occasionally he would take his daughter Pauline with
him on a sleigh pulled by oxen.  He liked taking a nip now and
then on weekends and he would become very jolly.  In the
mornings he would be the first person up and would start up the
heater and prepare breakfast for everyone.  He never had a car
but did have a motorcycle for a short period of time.  According
to Pauline he had an accident with it and never had anything to
do with driving again.
