Clarence H. Carpenter, 99, of Hernando, passed this life April 10, 2013, to be with his wife, Lena, who predeceased him by six months. Clarence was born April 27, 1913, in Charleston N.Y., first and only son of Henry and Georgiana Montonye Carpenter.
