Death: Sep., 1961 Syracuse Onondaga County New York, USA Syracuse Post Standard September 13, 1961 HERMAN MOSES CARPENTER, 78, of 12 Tappan St., Baldwinsville, died Monday in Syracuse General Hospital. Mr. Carpenter was born June 28, 1883, in Pennsylvania, the son of Moses and Sarah Harvey Carpenter. He was formerly a milk condensor for the P. E. Sharpless Cheese Co. in Pennsylvania and was later employed by Nestle's Chocolate Co. in Fulton. For many years before his retirement he was employed by the Best Ice Cream Co. in Syracuse. He was a member of the Little Utica Methodist Church. Mr. Carpenter is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Sharp Carpenter; two sons, the Rev. Robert S. Carpenter of Morrisville and Carl F. Carpenter of Baldwinsville: six grandchildren and several nieces arid nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Little Utica Methodist Church. The Rev.
