BARNESVILLE---John Howard Roe, 68, of Barnesville, died Tuesday (July16, 1996) at Barnesville Hospital.
He was born Oct 15, 1927, in Batesville, son of the late ClaytonEdison and Josie Stephen Roe Sr.
He was a retired truck driver for Roadway Express and he served in theU. S. Air Force. He was a Protestant by faith and was a member of VFWPost 2792, Barnesville.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clayton and Emerson Roe; agrandson, Justin Phillips.
He leaves his wife, Shirley A. Roby Roe; two sons, Michael Roe ofQuaker City and Pat Roe of Fair Oaks, Calif.; three daughters, Kathyand Susan Roe, both of Barnesville, and Lisa Roe of Senecaville; fourgrandchildren and a great-grandchild; two half-sisters, Alverta Bakerand Arminda Worthington; two half-brothers, Aaron Forney and Dale Roe.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Friday atCampbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, Barnesville, where services willbe 11 A.M. Saturday with the Rev. William Worcester officiating.
Burial will be in Batesville Cemetery, Batesville.  Thursday 18 July1996 Cambridge Jeffersonian Cambridge Ohio.

BELLE VALLEY---John Miles Haga 51, of Belle Valley died Friday morning(Nov, 2002) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridgeafter a long illness.
He was born June 28, 1951, in Cambridge to Velma L. Hannahs Haga andBennie J. Haga.  He was a former employee of Gateway Market inCaldwell.  He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam. He wasa Methodist by faith and was a member of the Belle Valley AmericanLegion Post 641, where he was a former member of the Honor Guard andthe Cambridge AM VETS.
He is survived by one daughter, Cindy Taylor of Munster, Ind,;  hismother of Belle Valley; one sister, Darlene (Dan) Connolly ofCaldwell;  one brother, Jerry (Jennifer) Haga of Belle Valley; and onegranddaughter, Clarrisa.
He was preceded in death by his father, who died on Nov. 1991;  onesister, Charlene Haga.
Services are at 11a.m. Tuesday at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home inCaldwell with the Rev. David Kaczmarski officiating.  Friends may callfrom 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. today at the funeral home. Caldwell Post4721 VFW and Belle Valley Post 641 American Legion will presentmilitary honors at the funeral home.  Marietta Times Marietta Ohio.

CALDWELL---Jerry Wayne Haga, of Pleasant City, died Saturday (March12, 2005) at his home.
He was born Dec. 18, 1960, in Cambridge, a son of Velma L. HannahsHaga of Belle Valley and the late Bennie J. Haga, who died in 1991.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and former member of the Ohio NationalGuard, and was employed as a roll mill operator at the Dana Corp.plant in Caldwell.  He was a member of Faith Baptist Church, BelleValley, and American Legion Post 641, Belle Valley.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Charlene Haga, and a brother,John M. Haga.
Mr. Haga leaves his wife, Jennifer A. Bates Haga, whom he married Aug.16, 1985, and a daughter, Nicole L. Haga and a son Benjamin M. Haga,both of the home; a sister Darlene Connolly of Caldwell; and severalnieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 P.M. Monday at McVay-PerkinsFuneral Home, Caldwell, where services will be Tuesday with PastorsDave Kascmarski and Darrell Chapman officiating.
