Quaker City - Shirley S. Tuttle, 60, of Pike Street, Quaker City, diedWednesday (Aug. 20, 1997) at Barnesville Hospital.
She was born Sept. 25, 1936, in Noble county, daughter of Violet M.Green Bunting and the late Otto B. Bunting.
Mrs. Tuttle was a member of Quaker City Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Tuttle, of Sept.4, 1984; and a brother, Orris Bunting.
In addition to her mother, she leaves two sons and a daughter-in-law,Ronald and Melissa Tuttle of Cambridge and James Tuttle of Derwent;two daughters and a son-in-law, June and Alan Foehrenbach ofWoodsfield and Bonnie Tuttle of Quaker City; a brother andsister-in-law Donald L. and Cathy Bunting of Woodsfield; a sister,Wilma Morris of Lewisville; two grandchildren, Scott Foehrenbach andDrew Tuttle; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. Friday at Thorn-Eberle funeral Home,Quaker City, where services will be 1 P.M. Saturday.


George Frank Tuttle

QUAKER CITY---George Frank Tuttle, 73, Quaker City, died at 8 A.M.Tuesday (Sept. 4, 1984) at Barnesville Hospital.
He was born April 28, 1911, in Fairview, son of the late Forest andBertha Botkins Tuttle.
Mr. Tuttle was a coal miner and oil field worker.  He was a member ofthe Church of Christ, Quaker City, and served as an electrician forthe Ohio Hill Folk Festival for 18 years.
On May 2, 1955, he married the former Shirley Bunting, who survives.
Besides the wife, he leaves two sons, Ronnie and Jimmie both of thehome;  two daughters,  Bonnie Tuttle of the home and Mrs. Alan (June)Foehrenbach of Woodsfield;  two half-brothers, Charles Tuttle ofNewark and Lester Tuttle of Columbus;  four half-sisters, WaveWilliams, Cora Tuttle and Marie Hossman, all of Columbus and MaryTuttle of Grove City;  one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Thorn-EberleFuneral Home, Quaker City, where services will be 1 P.M. Friday withthe Evangelists Warren Lallathin officiating.  Burial will be inPalestine Cemetery, Noble County.  Wed. 5 Sept. 1984 Jeffersonian.


2343. Vivian I Hamilton

Vivian I. Mathie
age 82, of Canton passed away Monday, Nov. 7, 2011. She was born Jan.7, 1929 in Canton, Ohio to the late Ernest and Mildred Hamilton.Vivian enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts from sewing, knitting tocrocheting but she was a very talented doll maker and was known forher homemade dolls. She was a member of the Perry Christian Church.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by severalbrothers and sisters. Vivian is survived by her husband of 63 years,Dick; four children, Karrie (Dan) Imbrogno, Sandy (Dale) Denning, Russ(Denise) and Ernie (Rose); nine grandchildren and fourgreat-grandchildren; sister, Loretta Gould and a host of loving familyand friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011 at 11 a.m.in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. Burial will follow in theUnion Cemetery in Canal Fulton, Ohio. Calling hours will be held forone hour prior to services in the funeral home on Friday from 10 to 11a.m. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made tothe Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr. #E Uniontown, Ohio44685.
