COLVIN, Linda Carpenter, 54, of Loris, S.C., formerly of Beallsville,died Monday, June 27, at her home.

She was born May 23, 1951 in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of MarthaSecrest Workman and the late Herman Carpenter.
In addition to her father, Linda was preceded in death by a sister anda grandson.

Surviving are her husband, Terry of Loris; her mother, Martha, ofByesville; a son, Scott (Julie) Coplan of Columbus; a daughter, Stacy(Lance) Larson of S.C.; two brothers, John and Joe Carpenter ofByesville; a sister, Judy (Fred) Peters of Barnesville; twograndchildren, Cole Winland and Emily Larson of S.C.

Friends may call Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at3 p.m. at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville.

QUAKER CITY--Graveside services for Jeffrey Dale Brothers, infant sonof Dale and Rose Wehr Brothers, Quaker City, were held at 2 p.m. today(Monday) at Friends Cemetery, Quaker City.
The Rev. Arthur Reed was the officiating minister and Eberle-ThornFuneral Home in charge of arrangements.
The child was stillborn at 8 a.m. Saturday (Sept. 23, 1978) atGuernsey Memorial Hospital.

CARPENTER, Charles D., 64, of Belmont, died Wednesday at WheelingHospital.
He was born on May 22, 1949 in Barnesville to the late Elsworth HomerCarpenter and Hazel May (Powell) Carpenter Saffell.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son,Christopher Carpenter.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel May Saffell; son, Donald Carpenterof Quaker City; daughter, Amanda Carpenter of Bridgeport; threesisters, Linda Burnham of Bethesda, Janet Gaidos of Flushing, andKaren Saffell of North Carolina; two brothers, John Saffell of Kansasand Thomas Saffell of Virginia; and numerous grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 4 until the service at 6 p.m.with Ev. M. Gale Yoho officiating at Campbell- Plumly- Milburn FuneralHome, 319 North Chestnut St., Barnesville.
