Mrs. Mary Zimmerman Of Remington Passes Away
Mrs. Mary Zimmerman, 78, died at her home in Remington Wednesday after an illness of eight weeks.
She was born in Illinois on July 5, 1855. On March 14, 1876, she married Andrew J. Zimmerman, a retired coal dealer who died June 5, this year.
Surviving are four sons, Dan, of Mishawaka; Leroy, of Gilboa, Ohio; Wallace and Eli, both of Remington; two daughters, Mrs. Emma Kerr, of Peoria, Ill., and Mrs. Carl Leatherman, of Goodland; one bother, John Zimmerman, of Los Angesles, Cal., and five sisters, Mrs.
Susan Stoller, of Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Barbara Greaiter, of Roanoke, Ill.; Mrs. Hanna Vectal, of Elureka, Ill.; Mrs. Lillly Kambly, of Cissna park, Il., and Mrs. Anne Zimmerman of Metomora, Ill.
The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at one o'clock, with burial in Christian Apostolic cemetery.

ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1873, AT FAIRBURY, SHE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO PETER ROTH, AND WITH EXCEPTION OF 11 YEARS SPENT IN MISSOURI, HAD SINCE MADE FAIRBURY HER HOME.

Aged Remington Lady Succumbs
Mrs. Emma (Zimmerman) Nussbaum, 85, passed away at her home in Remington Saturday following an extended illness. She was born in Woodford county, Illinois, and was married in 1884 to Nicholas Nussbaum who died in 1940. They went to Remington vicinity in 1920. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian church.
Surviving are six daughters, Miss Ida, at home; Mrs. Gust Knoche,l Mrs. Peter Baier, both of Remington; Mrs. Joseph Farney, Cissna Park, Ill.; Ms. Walter Woodruff, Lafayette, and Mrs. George Day, Homewood, Ill., and three sons, Arthur and Andrew, both of Remington, and Jesse, of LaPorte.
Services were held at the Apostolic Christian church this Monday morning.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Thursday morning from the residence, followed by services at the Apostolic church.

Mrs. Alexander Steidinger
Mrs. Alexander Steidinger died at her home in Forrest Township, six miles southeast of Fairbury, Sunday, Jan. 28, 1912, aged 41 years, 1 month and 26 days. Her illness was of but few days duration and her death was a sad shock to her many friends.
Sarah Zimmerman was born in Forrest Township, Dec. 2, 1870. She grew to womanhood there and was united in marriage to Alexander Steidinger in 1891. Six children were born to this union as follows: Ezra, Clara, Elmer, Harvey, Herbert and Roy. Besides these are the following brothers and sisters: David Zimmerman, New Boston, Ill.; Andrew, of Remington, Ind.; George and John of Fairbury; Mrs. Peter Roth, Fairbury; Mrs. Sam Zeigenhorn, Muscatine, Ia.; Mrs. Nick Nussbaum, Remington, Ind.; Benjamin Zimmerman, Peoria.
Mrs. Stiedinger was a woman of many excellent qualities. She spent her entire life in this locality and all who know her will unite in morning her death. She was a kind and loving wife and mother and all deeply sympathize with the bereaved husband and children in their great loss.
The funeral was held from the German Apostolic Church, six miles south, Wednesday, and the interment was at that place.

Alex Steidinger Services Yesterday
Funeral services for Alexander Steidinger, who passed away at the Fairbury Hospital Monday evening at nine o'clock, were held yesterday morning at 10 o'clock from the Christian Apostolic Church. Interment was in the South Christian Apostolic Cemetery. He was aged 85 years, four months and 2 days.
Born on February 18, 1856, at Baden, Germany. Mr. Steidinger was a son of John G. and Anna Mary (Yackley) Steidinger. At the age of ten Mr. Steidinger, with other members of the family came to Fairbury and for many years was a farmer in this vicinity, retiring a few years ago.
On February 18, 1891, he married Sarah Zimmerman at Fairbury. His wife and two brothers preceded him in death.
Surviving are five sons, Ezra, Detroit, Mich., and Elmer, Harvey, Roy and Herbert, all of Fairbury, and a daughter, Mrs. Clara Yoder, Forrest.

Mrs. Mary Zimmerman Of Remington Passes Away
Mrs. Mary Zimmerman, 78, died at her home in Remington Wednesday after an illness of eight weeks.
She was born in Illinois on July 5, 1855. On March 14, 1876, she married Andrew J. Zimmerman, a retired coal dealer who died June 5, this year.
Surviving are four sons, Dan, of Mishawaka; Leroy, of Gilboa, Ohio; Wallace and Eli, both of Remington; two daughters, Mrs. Emma Kerr, of Peoria, Ill., and Mrs. Carl Leatherman, of Goodland; one bother, John Zimmerman, of Los Angesles, Cal., and five sisters, Mrs.
Susan Stoller, of Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Barbara Greaiter, of Roanoke, Ill.; Mrs. Hanna Vectal, of Elureka, Ill.; Mrs. Lillly Kambly, of Cissna park, Il., and Mrs. Anne Zimmerman of Metomora, Ill.
The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at one o'clock, with burial in Christian Apostolic cemetery.
