Mother Dona married Wilkes Monroe Davidson (whom I call "The Second") who was
the son of Wilkes Monroe Davidson (whom I call, "The First"), not to be
confused with my favorite uncle, "Uncle Mon, " who was Wilkes Monroe Davidson
(whom I call, "The Third") who was Mother Dona's and W.M. (Jr)'s youngest
child, born about 1902.
Birth dates can be speculated as Ewing (1890), Fred (1892), Rob (1894), Joe
(1896), Lenora (22 January 1898), Jessie (1890), Monroe (1902). He was too
young for WW1: the others were just right and participated, the Navy, I think.

MORE: Joseph Ware Davidson was divorced. He died 8-3-68 in Kaufman County, He
was living with Lenora at the time.
Lenora Elizabeth married Joseph T. Miller (My parents- three children). She
died in Kaufman county, January 1978. She was widowed from her second marriage
to John C. Mills (no children)
Jessie married Bartow Chapman, 4 boys, divorced; she died 6-28-81 in McKinney.
Wilkes Monroe Davidson (3rd) was widowed from Maureen. He died in Deniston
5-24-81. No children.
Somewhere I have Ewing's family data. I'' send it. I don't know much about Rob
or Fred.
I'm curious of your source for the "Alice" in my grandmother's name.  I'll send

Also, I do remember my mother saying Mother Dona's name was Dona
ROBERTA Rogers, which was the source for my sister's name, ROBERTA Jean Miller.
It was also the source of Mother Dona's son, "ROB," i.e. ROBERT. But never an
"Alice" and always "Dona."
