Group 9 - This descendant line is based on a genealogy compiled in the book, "Carpenters A Plenty" by Robert C. Carpenter.
However, Robert C. Carpenter intermixed two Zimmerman lines together in his book. Y-DNA testing efforts revealed two Y-DNA profiles and the intermixed lines were separated. These became Group 5 and Group 9. Robert C. Carpenter is part of Group 5.
THIS REPORT IS FOR GROUP 9!
The number following the surname in this report is a record information number (RIN) from the Carpenter Cousins Project master genealogical database. See: https://carpentercousins.com
