Larry Green, was adopted by his Uncle Errol.  Why is unknown.
Since this was a legal adoption, he is listed with his uncle and not his

Ernest Taylor

Myra and Lewis lived at Ashville, then Blockville, where they purchased and
restored the old homestead of her grandfather, Francis Carpenter.  After
Ernest's death, Myra removed to the Presbyterian Retirement Home in Jamestown.
She was a member of the Blockville Methodist Church.


27534. Maude Leona Jones

Maude and her husband Bill Powell settled at Wilkinsburg, PA, where he
established and operated the first automotive repair shop located on Rebecca
Ave.  Later, they returned to Jamestown, NY where Bill continued in the same
business.  He became an expert bowler on the green and won numerous awards.
Later, they moved to Los Angeles with their two daughters and their families.
After retirement, they settled in a Seal Beach, CA retirement community where
they were given a 60th wedding anniversary party by their grandson "Billy" and
granddaughter, Leona Mae.

27535. Dura Woodford Jones Sr.

Dura, Senior served over seas in World War One in the Meterological Section
of the U.S. Army.  Dura was an electrician by trade and employed by Duquesne
Light and Power Co., Pittsburgh.  Family members were communicants of the
United Brethern Church in Wilkinsburg.  In 1943, Dura was commander of Licoln
Commandry, Knights Templar #91 of Wilkinsburg.


27536. George A. Ray Carpenter Ray Barker

Number 1158-6 in the Timothy Carpenter book.
Although christianed George, as recorded in his father's Bible, he was raised
as "RAY BARKER" by his mother.  Bible indicates "Ray" was born at 7:30PM and
weighed nine pounds.  Ray and his wife Evelyn were residing in 1970 in Sun
Valley, Twenty Nine Palms, CA.  He was a dentist by profession and served in
the U.S. Navy during World War Two in the Dental Corps with the rank of
Lieutenant Commander.


32435. Dorothy Addell Barker

Number 1636-7 in the Timothy Carpenter book.
Dorothy, a true blood line Carpenter, was raised as a Barker.  In 1966 she
lived in the Long Island, NY area.
She had at least three children: Prudence and two sons.


27538. Hazel Blanch Carpenter

Number 1160 in the Timothy Carpenter book.
Hazel was born at 5:00 AM and weighed 6 1/2 pounds.
