Obituary:
Mrs. Estelle E. Franklin, Fleetville, died yesterday afternoon in
the White Nursing Home, 1740 North Main Ave. , where she had been a guest
for eight weeks.
Mrs. Franklin was born in Scott Township and lived in Fleetville 50
years. She was a member of Kewanee Council, Daughters of America,
Fleetville.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Thomas Flannery, Dalton; a brother,
Raymond Lowry, Jerymn, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Friday at 2 from the Cole Funeral Home, Clarks
Summit. Burial, Chase Cemetery, Fleetville. Friends may call tonight
from 7 to 9 and tomorrow from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M.
They lived in Hop Bottom and East Stroudsburg, PA. They had no children.
