8509. Earl Keays Carpenter

He and his wife were alive on 24 Nov 1954 in Anchorage, Alaska when he submitted his SAR application for the California Chapter.

MILITARY:
He served in the 78th Division AEF in World War I.  He enlisted 23 Nov 1917 and was honorably discharged on 10 Jun 1919.

8514. Uneeta Dorothy Carpenter

NAME: Uneeta went by Neet and sometimes her middle name was spelled Dorthea.
She adopted her grandson George after her daughter drowned and his father did
not want him.


8517. G. H. (Buddy) Carpenter

G.H. was known as Buddy.  He was forced to change his name from G.H. to George
Holly by the U.S. Navy since they would not accept the initials.
As of 28 Aug. 1996 he was living in Fort Worth, TX.  He had only one child.
Born either 24 or 25 April 1916, different dates given.

She was a retired seamstress and manager of cleaners.

She was Born December 28, 1918, Hillsboro Texas.

Carroll Franklin Collins Sr.

Carroll served in the U.S. Army in World War II.  He was wounded in Battle and
was given a Purple Heart.


Thomas Peter Rickett

Married in Travis county, but marriage certificate issued in Hays county, TX.
